APPLY FOR RESCUE SPACE

As a token of our appreciation for your ongoing support and participation in our Dog and Deputies Event, we will be offering free pet supplies to all rescue organizations in attendance, while supplies last. This is our way of saying thank you for the incredible work you do in our community. We look forward to seeing you at the event and hope these supplies will be of great help to the pets in your care.

Drawing mode selected. Drawing requires a mouse or touchpad. For keyboard accessibility, select Type or Upload.

All booth applications are pending committee approval. Dog-related booths will be given priority due to limited space.

As a token of our appreciation for your ongoing support and participation in the 2025 Dogs & Deputies event, we will be offering free pet supplies donated to the event, which will be divided among all participating rescue organizations while supplies last. These supplies are our way of saying thank you for the incredible work you do in our community, and we hope they will be of great help to the pets in your care.

In addition, a portion of the event’s net proceeds — after event costs are covered — will be divided equally among all participating rescue organizations.

To be eligible to receive a monetary donation:

    •    Your organization must be a registered participant in the event.

    •    Your organization must be present at the event on Saturday, September 20, 2025.

    •    Donations will be distributed during the event’s closing ceremonies.

Adoption Participation Requirement:

We encourage all rescue organizations to bring dogs available for adoption and have enough staff or volunteers to walk them in the Rescue Parade in the arena. During the parade, each rescue will have the opportunity to share a brief introduction about each dog — their name, personality, and story — to help connect them with potential adopters and find them their forever homes.

We are honored to partner with you and grateful for the vital work you do to rescue, care for, and rehome animals in need.
